Madison Group Reports adhere to USPAP (the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice), which is the Congressionally-recognized set of appraisal standards promulgated by the Appraisal Foundation in Washington, D.C. All Madison Group specialists adhere to the Code of Ethics of the Appraisers Association of America.

Estate Management
If you are an executor or manager of an estate, call an independent appraiser to identify valuable items of personal property before you do anything else. We are an educated and neutral third-party and can provide the necessary documentation and valuation tools needed by bankers, attorneys and the IRS.
Charitable Donations
We are Qualified Appraisers with the IRS and provide USPAP-compliant appraisals for the IRS. (USPAP stands for Uniform Standards for Professional Appraisal Practice and is the only congressionally recognized set of standards for personal property appraisers.) We also provide you with the necessary 8283 tax forms.
General Consulting
